NOVELTY - Nano graphene-constant velocity universal joint lubricating grease comprises isocyanate, aniline, cyclohexylamine, processed oleophilic nano graphene micro powder, viscosity index modifier, detergent, rust inhibitor, antioxidant anti-corrosion agent, efficient corrosion inhibitor, extreme pressure anti-wear agent and cyclohexane dicarboxylic ester. USE - Used as nano graphene-constant velocity universal joint lubricating grease. ADVANTAGE - The grease reduces the friction coefficient, ensures long service life lubricating constant velocity universal joint, wide temperature and high speed environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Nano graphene-constant velocity universal joint lubricating grease comprises 45-50 pts. wt. isocyanate, 9-11 pts. wt. aniline, 25-27 pts. wt. cyclohexylamine, 0.01-0.03 pts. wt. processed oleophilic nano graphene micro powder, 8-10 pts. wt. viscosity index modifier, 2-5 pts. wt. detergent, 1-3 pts. wt. rust inhibitor, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant anti-corrosion agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. efficient corrosion inhibitor, 1-3 pts. wt. extreme pressure anti-wear agent and 105-130 pts. wt. cyclohexane dicarboxylic ester. The nano graphite micro-powder is uniformly dispersed and the thickness is 3-5 nm. The viscosity index improver is non-dispersed ethylene propylene copolymer. The detergent is high-base-number synthesized calcium sulfonate. The anti-rusting agent is dodecenyl succinic acid (T746), petroleum barium sulfonate (T701). The mixture of the anti-oxidation and corrosion inhibitor is diphenylamine, beta -naphthol, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol. The efficient corrosion inhibitor is a dithiophosphate, sodium nitrite, zinc dioctyl dithiophosphate, molybdate and benzotriazole, and the extreme pressure anti-wear agent is tricresyl phosphate and borate. The cyclohexane dicarboxylic ester kinematic viscosity of 12.5 mm2/s at 100 degrees C and a viscosity index is 145. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano graphene-constant velocity universal joint lubricating grease, comprising (1) adding the part of the cyclohexane dicarboxylate into inflating saponification kettle and heating to 100 degrees C, (2) adding the isocyanate into the tank, stirring to melt, (3) adding aniline and cyclohexylamine into the saponification kettle, adding isocyanate into saponification kettle, heating to 141 degrees C, (4) adding the residual cyclohexane dicarboxylate as diluent oil into the saponification kettle and heating up to 165 degrees C, adding mixed material into saponification kettle in the blending tank for circulating and shearing, and in turn according to ratio, adding nano graphite micropowder, viscosity index improvers, detergents, rust inhibitors, antioxidant anti-corrosion agent, efficient corrosion inhibitor, extreme pressure anti-wear agent, stirring for 50-60 minutes to obtain the product.
