NOVELTY - The device has a heat conducting thin film (3) adhered to an LED lamp (2), where surface of the film is filled with light-conducting silica gel. A surface of the LED lamp is adhered to a radiating cover on a top end of an unmanned aircraft when LED lamp working. The heat conducting thin film generates heat on the LED lamp by using thermal conductivity. The heat conducting thin film is conducted to the radiating cover on the top end of the unmanned aircraft to not increase additional radiating area and an unmanned aircraft propeller windward area to dissipate the heat generated by the LED lamp into air. USE - Vehicle-mounted radiating device for an unmanned aircraft illumination facility used in night search and rescue. ADVANTAGE - The heat conducting thin film has better thermal conductivity and heat radiation, so that the heat generated by LED lamp is quickly transmitted to the surface graphene heat conducting film, which greatly expands the radiating LED of the lamp when the illuminating lamp is opened, and the heat of radiating film is further diffused to radiating cover of the machine body surface under the condition of not increasing the additional radiating area and the windward area of the unmanned aircraft, the heat is more easily dissipated to the surrounding air, so as to effectively reduce the LED of light emitting diode of lamp, and prolong the service life of lamp LED. The rotating bracket is driven by the steering engine, which ensures illuminating lamp to adjust illumination according to the needed angle and effectively satisfies the illumination requirement.
