NOVELTY - The wire (10) has a metal core (11) having shape of fiber. A graphene layer (12) is synthesized on an outer surface of the metal core by chemical vapor deposition and produced by exfoliation. A metal layer is coated on an outer surface of a polymer core. The graphene layer is synthesized on the outer surface of the metal layer. The metal core is made of one of copper, nickel and ruthenium. USE - Graphene electrical wire. ADVANTAGE - The wire is thin, and has high heat conductivity, chemical resistance and high electrical conductivity, thus reducing amount of copper in the wire, and hence reducing economic loss occurred due to increasing global prices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing an electrical wire.
