NOVELTY - A high performance anti-corrosive and rustproof ship coating comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polyurethane, 10-14 pts. wt. n-butyl titanate, 6-10 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 3-7 pts. wt. zinc chloride, 4-8 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, 4-6 pts. wt. leveling agent, 3-5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, and 8-12 pts. wt. zinc powder. USE - High performance anti-corrosive and rustproof ship coating. ADVANTAGE - The rustproof ship coating has excellent anti-corrosion performance, leveling effect, bonding strength, aging resistance, and stable performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the coating, which involves (1) mixing n-butyl titanate and nano titanium dioxide to obtain nano titanium dioxide slurry, mixing zinc chloride and nano zinc oxide, adding portion of deionized water into the mixture, stirring uniformly to obtain nano zinc oxide slurry, (2) mixing the nano titanium dioxide slurry, nano zinc oxide slurry and polyurethane, adding into a high-speed mixer to modify polyurethane, stirring to obtain mixed slurry, (3) adding the mixed slurry into paint mixing tank, adding leveling agent and dispersing agent, in order, mixing and stirring, grinding to obtain lacquer, (4) adding graphene and zinc powder to the lacquer, and subjecting to high-speed stirring.
