NOVELTY - Graphene-modified emulsified asphalt-cement-based composite ballast elastically solidified grouting material, comprises fully dispersing in water, and taking elastically solidified grouting material based on the quality of the composite ballast: 40-60 wt.% cement, 10-30 wt.% graphene modified emulsified asphalt powder, 1-3 wt.% elastic latex, and ≤ 5 wt.% rubber powder. In the elastically solidified grouting material for composite ballast, the water-cement ratio is 0.3-0.5, and the drain-to-glue ratio is 0.2-0.6. USE - The composite ballast is useful in wire-modified bulk ballast curing and prefabricated assembling type elastic curing road bed. ADVANTAGE - The composite ballast can be applied in the wire modified bulk ballast curing and prefabricated assembling type elastic curing road bed, the preparation raw material source is wide, can be energy-saving and environmentally friendly design, good benefit, can reach the adjusting rigidity of the bed after curing, coordinate the deformation of the upper and lower part of the track, reduces the ballast powder deterioration, reduces the maintenance work amount, designs the special curing proportion, reduces the temperature effect caused by the rail structure imbalance, designs corresponding curing proportion for different load train, and satisfies bed supporting rigidity and longitudinal and transverse resistance requirement.
