NOVELTY - Method for preparing ordered pore structure polyimide/graphene composite aerogel, involves (i) adding polyamide acid and graphene to deionized water, adding organic amine, and uniformly stirring to obtain a polyamic acid ammonium salt/graphene aqueous dispersion, and (ii) pouring the polyamic acid ammonium salt/graphene aqueous dispersion prepared in step (i) to a mold, placing the dispersion in a container filled with freezing medium for only contacting the bottom of the mold with the freezing medium to carry out directional freezing, after the aqueous dispersion is solidified, freeze-drying and carrying out thermal imidization. USE - The method is useful for preparing ordered pore structure polyimide/graphene composite aerogel which is used for preparing electromagnetic shielding material, conductive material, thermal insulation material and/or heat-resistant material (all claimed) for military equipment, aerospace, biomedicine, and vibration and noise reduction. ADVANTAGE - The aerogel has excellent electrical conductivity, electromagnetic shielding performance, heat transfer performance and mechanical property.
