NOVELTY - A polyurethane anchoring agent comprises 90-100 pts. wt. benzoyl peroxide, 50-60 pts. wt. polyurethane prepolymer, 15-17 pts. wt. graphene nano sheet, 6-8 pts. wt. nano silica, 3-5 pts. wt. methylcellulose, 2-4 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 6-8 pts. wt. reinforcing agent, 3-5 pts. wt. oleic acid, 6-8 pts. wt. liquid paraffin, 2-4 pts. wt. linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid, 6-8 pts. wt. fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1-3 pts. wt. sodium stearate, 1-3 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 1-3 pts. wt. calcium carbonate and 80-100 pts. wt. deionized water. USE - Polyurethane anchoring agent used in excavation of coal mines. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane anchoring agent has a reasonable formulation, and is prepared by simple process. The anchoring agent has excellent anchor bolts fastening function, antistatic effect, excellent curing effect and strong bonding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the anchoring agent, which involves mixing benzoyl peroxide, polyurethane prepolymer, methylcellulose and half amount of deionized water, heating to 120-130 degrees C, completely mixing, adding the mixture into a ball mill, adding graphene nano sheet, silica, sodium stearate, calcium stearate and calcium carbonate, ball milling the contents to grain fineness of 10-15 mu m, preparing mixture (A) of triethanolamine, oleic acid, paraffin, linear alkyl benzene sulfonate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, ball milling the mixture (A) to fineness of 10-15 mu m, mixing all the prepared materials, continuously stirring, detecting the product, packaging, sealing and storing.
