NOVELTY - Preparing silicone resin-graphene composite material comprises (1) mixing silane monomer and solvent to obtain a mixed solution A, (2) stirring and mixing graphene oxide dispersion, diluent, distilled water and catalyst I to obtain a mixed solution B, (3) adding the mixed solution B to the mixed solution A in a dropwise manner, stirring to obtain the mixed solution C, maintaining the temperature of the mixed solution C and reacting the mixed solution C, (4) adding reducing agent to the reaction system, reducing, adding distilled water and separating oil and water, (5) distilling the oil phase product to remove the solvent under reduced pressure to obtain a silicone resin-graphene composite resin, (6) mixing silicone resin-graphene composite resin and catalyst II and curing to obtain silicone resin-graphene composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing silicon resin-graphene composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The method: is safe, simple and economical; and can efficiently prepare silicon resin-graphene composite materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silicone resin-graphene composite material comprises (1) mixing 20-200 pts. wt. silane monomer and 10-150 pts. wt. solvent to obtain a mixed solution A, (2) stirring and mixing 0.01-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion, 10-150 pts. wt. diluent, 30-100 pts. wt. distilled water and 0.01-10 pts. wt. catalyst I to obtain a mixed solution B, (3) adding the mixed solution B to the mixed solution A in a dropwise manner, stirring to obtain the mixed solution C, maintaining the temperature of the mixed solution C at 50 degrees C and reacting the mixed solution C at 65-100 degrees C for 8-12 hours, (4) adding 0.05-2 pts. wt. reducing agent to the reaction system, reducing to 2-4 hours at 65-100 degrees C, adding 100-500 pts. wt. distilled water and separating oil and water, (5) distilling the oil phase product at 120-150 degrees C to remove the solvent under reduced pressure to obtain a silicone resin-graphene composite resin, (6) mixing 50-100 pts. wt. silicone resin-graphene composite resin and 0-5 pts. wt. catalyst II and curing at 25-250 degrees C for 2-72 hours to obtain silicone resin-graphene composite material.
