NOVELTY - Composite material comprises raw material including passion fruit shell graphene-cerium-molybdenum-flouride-poly vinyl butyral (PVB) composite material from waste passion fruit shell. USE - The composite material is useful for preparing thermally conductive materials and anticorrosive coatings (claimed), for thermally conductive film for electronic devices and national defense undertaking. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: realizes wide spectral absorption, low emission and continuous industrial production; and has simple production process, low cost, safety and environmental protection property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material comprising (1) preparing a PVB ethanol slurry, (2) preparing passion fruit shell graphene by heating the dried passion fruit shell powder 600-800 degrees C under an atmosphere protected by nitrogen to obtain carbon product of the passion fruit shell, mixing the carbon product with potassium acetate and heating the reaction to obtain passion fruit shell grapheme, (3) preparing passion fruit shell graphene- cerium-molybdenum-flouride composite material comprises mixing cerium(III) chloride heptahydrate, 2,2'-bipyridine-5,5'-dicarboxylic acid and passion fruit shell graphene, heating and adding dimethylformamide and dimethyl sulfoxide, uniformly stirring, carrying out temperature control reaction to obtain a pale yellow precipitate, soaked with dichloroethane after washing, centrifuging and drying and (4) mixing PVB ethanol slurry with passion fruit shell graphene to obtain passion fruit shell graphene-cerium-molybdenum-flouride-poly vinyl butyral composite material.
