NOVELTY - A flame-retardant-based polymer thermal-tracing cable consists of a positive-temperature coefficient core belt, an insulating layer, a metal shielding layer and wear-resistant jacket layer, in order. The positive-temperature coefficient core belt has positive-temperature coefficient material layer containing graphene oxide, polyaniline, hydrazine hydrate, polypropylene, tin-bismuth alloy powder, zinc stearate, carbon nanotubes, carboxyl group-containing nitrile powdered rubber, polymethacrylate, carbon fiber, N,N-dimethylformamide and deionized water. USE - Flame-retardant-based polymer thermal-tracing cable (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant-based polymer thermal-tracing cable is safe, and has excellent high-temperature resistance and electroconductivity, and suppressed generation of defects. The positive-temperature coefficient core belt has positive-temperature coefficient material layer containing 9-13 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-5 pts. wt. polyaniline, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. hydrazine hydrate, 30-35 pts. wt. polypropylene, 4-6 pts. wt. tin-bismuth alloy powder, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 13-16 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 9-12 pts. wt. carboxyl group-containing nitrile powdered rubber, 10-14 pts. wt. polymethacrylate, 5-7 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 20-26 pts. wt.
