NOVELTY - A modified aqueous composite sealing agent comprises 50-80 pts. wt. methyl silicone resin, 10-30 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene, 50-60 pts. wt. silica sol, 3-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-2 pts. wt. catalyst, 1-3 pts. wt. film-forming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-5 pts. wt. accelerator, 5-8 pts. wt. metal corrosion inhibitor, 3-5 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 15-20 pts. wt. low-carbon alcohol, and 30-50 pts. wt. water. USE - Modified aqueous composite sealing agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly modified aqueous composite sealing agent is prepared by simple process with excellent adhesion property, and anticorrosive property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of modified aqueous composite sealing agent, which involves (i) oxidizing graphene with concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, and reducing with sodium borohydride in an ice bath to obtain a redox graphene suspension, (ii) uniformly mixing water and low-carbon alcohol to obtain a mixed solvent, adding methyl silicone resin, polytetrafluoroethylene, silane coupling agent, and catalyst to the mixed solvent, reflux heating at 80-100 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adding a redox graphene suspension, continuously reflux heating for 15-45 minutes, cooling to 30-40 degrees C to obtain mixture, (iii) adding film forming agent, lubricant, accelerator, metal corrosion inhibitor, and surfactant, uniformly stirring, adding silica sol, continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes, and ultrasonically processing for 3-5 minutes.
