NOVELTY - The method involves dissolving the expanded graphite in deionized water, stir evenly in the reactor to obtain a dispersion. The dispersion obtained is sent to the microfluidic device for processing, and the above steps are repeated 3-5 times. The freeze-drying or microwave drying the solution obtained in microfluidic device prepares powder. The powder obtained is passed into carbon dioxide for activation treatment. The powder obtained is continuously fed with water vapor for activation to obtain porous graphene powder. The microwave frequency is 1000MHz-2000MHz, microwave output power density is 70-100mW/cm3, and the microwave radiation time is 6-30s. The powder obtained is activated by feeding carbon dioxide into the activation furnace. The activation temperature is 1000-1100degreesC under the condition of constant temperature for 4-6h, and the feeding amount of carbon dioxide is 2-3L/min. USE - Preparation method for porous graphene powder. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method is simple, environmentally friendly, and provides good process stability, and control the pore size of the porous graphene powder.
