NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano-sheets/polypropylene composite fiber involves selecting suitable solvent, dispersing graphene in solvent, and high-speed shear dispersion is used to obtain a graphite liquid, feeding prepared graphene liquid and polypropylene masterbatch into storage tank, and stirring speed is set in storage tank for uniform mixing of graphene and polypropylene, and then feed screw is fed through conveying passage, smelting, melting and mixing. USE - Method for preparing graphene nano-sheets/polypropylene composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene nano-sheets/polypropylene composite which has antibacterial index of greater than 95%, antistatic performance of greater than C level, and far-infrared emission performance of greater than 88%, saves time and is cost effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene nano-sheets/polypropylene composite fiber involves selecting suitable solvent, dispersing graphene in solvent, and high-speed shear dispersion is used to obtain a graphite liquid, feeding prepared graphene liquid and polypropylene masterbatch into storage tank, and stirring speed is set in storage tank for uniform mixing of graphene and polypropylene, and then feed screw is fed through conveying passage, smelting, melting and mixing. The polypropylene masterbatch with uniformly covered graphene with screw smelting passes through conveying channel and enters screw smelting process. The mixing time and screw speed are set according to the ratio of graphene and polypropylene, spin according to need to select spinning method to desired product.
