▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A tread rubber composition comprises 0.5-3 pts. wt. graphene prepared by oxidation-reduction method, 40-60 pts. wt. ultra-wear resistant carbon black, and 1-15 pts. wt. white carbon black. USE - Tread rubber composition for steel radial tire. ADVANTAGE - The tread rubber composition has excellent wear resistance, cutting resistance, and rolling resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of tread rubber composition, which involves (1) uniformly mixing 4 wt.% graphene aqueous solution prepared by oxidation-reduction method with white carbon black in the mixer to obtain aqueous solution premix of graphene prepared by the silica/redox method, (2) mixing cis-1,4-polyisoprene rubber, silane coupling agent, antioxidant, stearic acid, ultra-wear resistant carbon black, and aqueous solution premix of graphene prepared in step (1) for 2-3 minutes until the rubber temperature reaches 160 degrees C, and (3) adding the rubber obtained in the step (2) to zinc oxide, sulfur and accelerator, mixing for 1-3 minutes, and discharging at less than or equal to 115 degrees C.
