NOVELTY - The wire has a graphene/metal composite wire main body provided with an inductor coil and a metal lead. An outside surface of a graphite alkene is covered with a graphite film. The substrate is made of an insulation substrate or a semiconductor substrate. The inductor coil is mounted with an insulation medium layer when substrate is a semiconductor substrate. A high conductivity metal is copper or aluminum. A graphite alkene membrane is formed with the graphite film. A grapheme is doped with a boron or nitrogen. USE - Chip inductor based graphene/metal composite wire. ADVANTAGE - The wire has simple process and better practicability. The wire improves quality factor.
