NOVELTY - A down shirt comprises shirt fabric and shirt lining bonded to the outer surface of the shirt fabric through the self-cleaning adhesive layer, outer anti-fouling and oil-resistant layer on the inner surface of the shirt lining, inner thermal storage layer, and down feather filled between the shirt fabric and the shirt lining. Both the shirting fabric and the shirting lining comprise wool fibers. The self-cleaning adhesive layer comprises photosensitive adhesive and graphene. The outer anti-fouling and oil-resistant layer and inner thermal storage layer comprises graphene, seaweed charcoal, and bamboo cellulose. The surfaces of the outer anti-fouling and oil-resistant layer and the inner thermal storage layer are provided with hydrophobic patterns coated with super-hydrophobic wax. USE - Down shirt. ADVANTAGE - The down shirt has excellent nano anti-fouling property and oil resistance, and hydrophobic pattern, which improves hydrophobicity and oleophobic of down shirt. The anti-fouling and oil-resistant layer and the inner thermal storage layer are not easy to peels off due to firm bonding, and the shirt has excellent antibacterial and infrared warmth retention functions.
