NOVELTY - Improving loading fastness of nanoparticles comprises attaching the nanoparticles on the surface of a substrate material to obtain a composite substrate material and transferring the composite substrate material into an atomic layer deposition reaction chamber, filling the pores of nanoparticles on the surface of the composite base material with metal oxides by atomic layer deposition, attaching the layer of metal oxide nano-film in nanoparticle pores to obtain a modified substrate material. USE - The nanoparticle is used for electronic, material, textile and other technical field. ADVANTAGE - The nanoparticle does not affect the original performance of the substrate material and enhances the fastness.
