NOVELTY - Preparation of modified glass fiber resin composite material comprises mixing graphene with 80 wt.% sulfuric acid solution and 90 wt.% nitric acid solution, uniformly stirring to obtain mixed solution, mixing 1/3 mixed solution with unsaturated polyester resin slurry, adding anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonically processing for 1-1.5 hours to obtain component A, mixing silane coupling agent with one end with amino and deionized water, stirring for 40-60 minutes, adding pH adjusting agent to adjust pH value to 8-8.5 to obtain component B, mixing remaining 2/3 mixed solution, component A, component B, phenolic resin matrix and glass fiber, modifying glass fiber to obtain casting material, pouring casting material and curing. The graphene is single-layer graphene, multi-layer graphene and/or graphene oxide. The unsaturated polyester resin is o-benzene type, m-benzene type, neopentyl glycol type or vinyl ester type. The glass fiber is alkali-free glass fiber, carbon fiber or aramid fiber. USE - The method is for preparing modified glass fiber resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material generates firm covalent bond combination, improves resin composite material interface shear strength, and improves mechanical performance and service life.
