▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphite fibers with graphite microsheets arranged in radial direction, comprises (1) placing the layered structure substrate in a high temperature furnace; (2) placing the solid carbon-containing precursor in high-temperature furnace, or placing the liquid carbon-containing precursor in the evaporation area, or preparing the gaseous carbon-containing precursor; (3) closing the high temperature furnace, vacuuming, introducing inert gas for atmosphere protection; (4) heating the high temperature furnace to growth temperature, and carrying out induced growing; and (5) cooling down, taking the graphite fibers arranged radially of graphite microsheets. USE - The graphite fibers is useful for thermally conductive sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method: can improves product performance, reduces process steps, reduces production costs and improves degree of continuous production when graphene fibers are directionally reinforce conductive and thermally conductive composite materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) Graphite fibers with graphite microsheets arranged in radial direction, is prepared by above mentioned method. (2) Thermally conductive sheet, is prepared by mixing graphite fiber with polydimethylsiloxane, vacuum defoaming, preparing it into sheet, curing and forming after heat treatment; preferably, the weight of the graphite fibers in the mixture is 50-80 wt.%.
