▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An all-weather seawater desalting material comprises hydrophilic film layer (A), hydrogel layer and hydrophilic film layer (B) that are laminated sequentially from top to bottom. The hydrophilic film layer (A) is a fibre fabric whose surface is formed with photo-thermal nanoparticles. The hydrogel layer is uniformly distributed with micro- capsule phase change material. The hydrophilic film layer is fibre fabric or fibre fabric with surface formed with photo-thermal nano particles. USE - Material for all-weather seawater desalination or sewage purification (all claimed), liquid-liquid separation and disinfection and sanitary system. ADVANTAGE - The method uses hydrogel material with excellent synergy, microcapsule phase change material and fiber fabric with photothermal nanoparticles formed on the surface to form a material capable of ensuring all-weather desalination of seawater, and solves the problem of the limitations of the current water evaporation that strongly relies on sunlight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: preparation of the all-weather seawater desalting material, which involves mixing the micro-capsule phase change material with hydrophilic polymer material, crosslinking agent and water to occur cross-linking reaction to obtain hydrogel layer, forming the photo-thermal nanoparticles on the fibre fabric by spraying method or in-situ growth method to obtain hydrophilic film layer (A) and the hydrophilic film layer (B), adhering the hydrophilic film layer (A) and the hydrophilic film layer (B) on the two sides of the hydrogel layer by pressing, and leaving still; and use of the all-weather seawater desalting material for all-weather seawater desalination or sewage purification by putting the material into seawater or sewage and supported by foam material, so the hydrophilic film layer is placed in water, and the middle layer and the hydrophilic film layer (A) float on the water surface.
