▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A highly elastic graphene paper is prepared by adding oxidized graphene to concentration of graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding gelling agent, dispersing, pouring the gelatinized graphene onto mold plate, naturally drying the oxidized graphene film at certain air relative humidity, carrying out reduction reaction of oxidized graphene film and hydroiodic acid aqueous solution, placing the reduced graphene film in ethanol and naturally drying to obtain graphene elastic film. The gelling agent is gel type ionic salt or reducing agent. USE - Highly elastic graphene paper used for high-elastic conductive devices. ADVANTAGE - The highly elastic graphene paper has high vertical compression elasticity, horizontal tensile elasticity, excellent flexibility, elastic elongation at break of 30-50%, compression ratio of 80-90% and conductivity of 600-1000 S/cm, and withstands repeated bending for more than 100000 times. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Highly elastic graphene paper is prepared by adding 100 pts. wt. oxidized graphene to 6-10 mg/mL concentration of graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding 0.01-20 pts. wt. gelling agent, dispersing at 70-100 degrees C for 24-48 hours, pouring the gelatinized graphene onto mold plate, naturally drying the oxidized graphene film with film blowing machine at certain air relative humidity, carrying out reduction reaction of oxidized graphene film and hydroiodic acid aqueous solution, placing the reduced graphene film in ethanol at 40-90 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, washing away the surface hydroiodic acid and naturally drying to obtain graphene elastic film. The gelling agent is gel type ionic salt or reducing agent.
