▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene/MC nylon (RTM: Thermoplastic) nanocomposite, involves preparing a graphene dispersion liquid by physically dispersing a graphite raw material using a dispersant, adding a portion of caprolactam to the graphene dispersion liquid for pre-dispersing to obtain a premix, adding the remaining caprolactam to the premix, dehydrating and performing anionic ring-opening polymerization. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/MC nylon (RTM: Thermoplastic) nanocomposite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method makes graphene stably and uniformly dispersed in MC nylon (RTM: Thermoplastic) without the need for surface treatment of graphene, improves mechanical, electrical and thermal properties of graphene/MC nylon (RTM: Thermoplastic) nanocomposites, and is simple and easy to operate, environmentally-friendly and suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene/MC nylon (RTM: Thermoplastic) nanocomposite material prepared by the above method.
