NOVELTY - An oxygen-barrier polybutene pipe comprises 60-90 pts. wt. polybutene resin, 0.1-11 pts. wt. graphene, 0.1-30 pts. wt. second oxygen barrier filler, 0.005-1.5 pts. wt. graphene surface treatment agent, 0.5-10 pts. wt. graphene coating agent, 0.01-0.5 pt. wt. stabilizer and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant. USE - Oxygen-barrier polybutene pipe. ADVANTAGE - The oxygen-barrier polybutene pipe is economical and suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the oxygen-barrier polybutene pipe containing uniformly dispersed graphene, which involves (1) adding polybutene resin, graphene, second oxygen barrier filler, graphene surface treatment agent, graphene coating agent, stabilizer and antioxidant into mixing equipment for one-pot mixing at 80-250 degrees C, cooling and pelletizing or directly granulating, obtaining graphene/polybutene masterbatch, (2) adding the graphene/polybutene masterbatch and polybutene resin in a mass ratio of 1:4-3:1 into compounding equipment and mixing at 20-110 degrees C for 5-120 minutes to form a compound, feeding into the single screw extruder through melt blending process, and extruding at a extrusion speed of 5-50 m/minute and temperature of 150-240 degrees C.
