▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fluorine fluoride thermally conductive film comprises 50-90 pts. wt. fluorinated graphene and 10-50 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA). USE - Thermally conductive film used for preparing thermal interface material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thermally conductive film has excellent thermal conductivity, insulation, thermal, and thermal performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the thermally conductive film involving (i) fluorinating graphite ball, ultrasonically treating and centrifuging to obtain fluoride, (ii) mixing the fluorinated graphene obtained in the step (i) with EVA emulsion to obtain a dispersion solution and (iii) applying the dispersion solution obtained in the step (ii) to the surface of the carrier and solidifying the temperature to obtain the film.
