NOVELTY - A graphene/montmorillonite modified polyurethane floor material comprises 27-47 pts. wt. polyurethane, 7-14 pts. wt. isocyanate, 3-6 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1-4 pts. wt. wetting and dispersing agent, 1-6 pts. wt. water-absorbing agent, 1-4 pts. wt. catalyst, 6-18 pts. wt. graphene, 8-17 pts. wt. montmorillonite, 3-11 pts. wt. ferric chloride, 3-12 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 3-17 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid, and 8-19 pts. wt. borax. USE - Graphene/montmorillonite modified polyurethane floor material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/montmorillonite modified polyurethane floor material is free from isocyanate and organic volatile substance, and has excellent mechanical performance and chemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of floor material, which involves (1) adding polyurethane and isocyanate to mixer, mixing at 75-92 degrees C for 45-60 minutes, reducing temperature to 55-70 degrees C, adding ethanol, stirring, adding defoaming agent, and wetting and dispersing agent, heat preserving at 42-58 degrees C for 8-13 hours, (2) mixing graphene and ferric chloride, adding hydrochloric acid, stirring at 36-42 degrees C and 200-300 rpm until the solution is uniform and transparent, adding sodium hydroxide powder, collecting sediment, (3) mixing montmorillonite and sodium carbonate, heating at 112-135 degrees C for 1-3 hours, adding 7-12 %mass sodium hydroxide, stirring into a paste, (4) adding mixture obtained in step (2) to the matrix prepared in step (1), mixing at 95-105 degrees C, reacting for 7-15 minutes, reducing temperature to 45 degrees C, heat preserving for 2-4 hours, (5) adding paste obtained in step (3) to the modified product obtained in step (4), increasing temperature inside the mixer to 65-80 degrees C, reacting for 12-25 minutes, reducing temperature to 45 degrees C, heat preserving for 1-3 hours, (6) adding water-absorbing agent, catalyst and borax to the product, increasing temperature to 56-65 degrees C, and reacting for 35-55 minutes.
