NOVELTY - The preparation method of amine/amino functionalized graphene involves adding graphene oxide to organic solvent and then ultrasonically processing, adding aqueous solution of ammonia or amine compound to the mixture and then stirring at 150-190 degrees C for 8-10 hours, filtering the mixture and then washing using water, adding alkali solution including halogen simple substance to the mixture and then performing Hofmann rearrangement reaction at 50-90 degrees C for 1-4 hours, neutralizing the mixture, and concentrating. USE - The method is useful for preparation of amine/amino functionalized graphene, which is useful in biomedicine and biochemical detection and treatment applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of amine/amino functionalized graphene with excellent dispersibility and stability.
