NOVELTY - Modified acrylic aqueous emulsion with polytetrafluoroethylene resin comprises acrylic aqueous emulsion and polytetrafluoroethylene resin. The acrylic acid aqueous emulsion comprises monomer, protective agent, emulsifier, initiator, additive and de-ionized water. The polytetrafluoroethylene resin comprises first monomer, an activator, an emulsifier, an initiator, a stabilizer and second monomer. USE - The modified acrylic aqueous emulsion with polytetrafluoroethylene resin is used as binder resin in fields of water-based antifouling coatings, water-based architectural coatings, and water-based wood coatings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The emulsion provides a new production idea, and improves the performance of modified acrylic water-based emulsion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the modified acrylic acid aqueous emulsion by polytetrafluoroethylene resin, comprising (i) mixing styrene, acrylic acid, methyl methacrylate and hydroxyethyl acrylate to obtain monomer; (a) mixing propylene glycol monomethyl ether, polyvinyl butyral and tert-dodecyl mercaptan to obtain protective agent; (b) mixing alkyl phenol polyvinyl ether and sodium dodecyl sulfate to obtain emulsifier; (c) mixing polyether acrylic ester and butyl acrylate to obtain initiator; (d) adding de-ionized water into the reaction container, adding monomer under the condition of 75degrees Celsius, stirring the reaction container by the stirring shaft and fully mixing the de-ionized water and monomer, where the stirring shaft rotating speed is 3000 revolutions/minute; (e) adding protective agent and emulsifying agent into the reaction container, and continuously stirring at a rotating speed of 60 revolutions/minute; (f) continuously adding initiator and additive into the bottom frame in the reaction container in the stirring process, removing the heating condition, naturally cooling the reaction container and reducing the reaction temperature; (g) continuously stirring for 2 hours, gradually reducing the rotating speed, until the solution in the reaction container is completely changed into emulsion and completely stopping stirring, so as to obtain the acrylic aqueous emulsion and (h) taking out the acrylic acid aqueous emulsion in the reaction container and waiting for subsequent production; (ii) preparing polytetrafluoroethylene resin comprises (a) synchronously adding first monomer, activator, emulsifier and initiator into the reaction container, stirring and mixing at normal temperature by stirring rotating shaft, where the stirring speed is continuously maintained at 1000 revolutions/minute; (b) adding stabilizing agent and second monomer into the reaction container in batches, gradually lifting the temperature of the reaction container; (c) until the raw material fully mixing reaction, stopping rotating and heating, the reaction container is cooled to room temperature in the natural environment, so as to obtain the polytetrafluoroethylene resin; (d) taking out the polytetrafluoroethylene resin in the reaction container and waiting for subsequent production; (e) mixing the preparation of the acrylic acid aqueous emulsion and the addition of the polytetrafluoroethylene resin in a reaction container; (f) mixing, slowly improving the rotating speed of the stirring shaft, where the water bath maintaining the container temperature, and preparing the acrylic aqueous emulsion and polytetrafluoroethylene resin for mixing reaction; (g) adjusting, after 2hours, the assembly reduces the rotating speed of the stirring shaft, when the stirring shaft is completely stopped, stopping water bath heating, converting into water bath cooling, and fast cooling the reaction container, so as to obtain the modified acrylic aqueous emulsion; (h) detecting the modified acrylic aqueous emulsion; and (i) packing the qualified modified acrylic aqueous emulsion.
