NOVELTY - High-tenacity antistatic epoxy resin base foaming material comprises 100 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 0-100 pts. wt. curing agent, 3-15 pts. wt. nanometre inorganic particle, 3-15 pts. wt. toughening agent, 1-20 pts. wt. reinforcing fibre, 1-10 pts. wt. antistatic agent and 1-15 pts. wt. foaming agent. USE - High-tenacity antistatic epoxy resin base foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The high-tenacity antistatic epoxy resin base foaming material improves the epoxy resin foaming and curing process caused by the residual stress and initial system viscosity difference caused mechanical property and large bubble hole, obtaining uniform cell, small apparent density, excellent toughness of high-toughness antistatic epoxy resin base foaming material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-tenacity antistatic epoxy resin base foaming material, which involves mixing epoxy resin, curing agent, nano inorganic particles, toughening agent, reinforcing fibre, and antistatic agent n the high speed stirrer for 20 minutes, adding foaming agent and stirring for 20 minutes, foaming agent and stirring uniformly, pouring into the mould, then putting in the oven to solidify for 4-6 hours at 100-130 degrees centigrade, cooling and demoulding to obtain the high-tenacity antistatic epoxy resin base foaming material.
