NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-polyacrylonitrile antistatic fiber comprises e.g. adding polyacrylonitrile spinning raw liquid into third monomer methacrylic acid-N,N- dimethylaminoethyl acrylate acrylonitrile copolymer raw liquid, washing with water, hot drawing, spray dipping process by spraying and dipping GO circulating liquid, calculating prepared graphene-polyacrylonitrile fiber resistance, mixing graphene-polyacrylonitrile fiber with bath ratio of 1:50, adding neutral washing liquid, washing at 40 degrees C, dehydrating, and measuring volume resistance of water washing fiber under standard state. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-polyacrylonitrile antistatic fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber has excellent antistatic property, good durability, unrestricted fiber fineness, good mechanical performance and high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-polyacrylonitrile antistatic fiber comprises adding polyacrylonitrile spinning raw liquid into third monomer methacrylic acid-N,N- dimethylaminoethyl acrylate acrylonitrile copolymer raw liquid, washing with water, hot drawing, spray dipping process by spraying and dipping GO circulating liquid, calculating prepared graphene-polyacrylonitrile fiber resistance of 105-108 ~ocm, mixing the graphene-polyacrylonitrile fiber with bath ratio of 1:50, placing at 40 degrees C, adding 2 g/l neutral washing liquid to wash for 10 minutes, then washing by clean water for 5 minutes at 40 degrees C, dehydrating, drying and after 24 hours measuring volume resistance of water washing fiber of 105-108 ~o.cm under standard state.
