A right lower part of the stirring and evaporating device is provided with a freeze-drying and sieving system (4). The freeze-drying and sieving system has a freeze-drying and evaporating device and a sieving device. A side of the freeze-drying and sieving system is provided with a collecting system (5). USE - Device for preparing the graphene composite particle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite particle has good dispersibility, fluidity, standardized particle size, so that the graphene is effectively and uniformly coated on a core ion surface.
