▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Thermally conductive heat storage graphene shaped phase change material comprises 60-76 wt.% graphene powder, 2-3 wt.% potassium permanganate, 3-5 wt.% hydrogen peroxide, 5-10 wt.% methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 10-20 wt.% thermally conductive filler, 0.5-1 wt.% cross-linking agent, 0.5-1 wt.% coupling agent, 0.8-1.5 wt.% f platinum catalyst and 1.2-1.5 wt.% dispersant. USE - Used as thermally conductive heat storage graphene shaped phase change material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the thermally conductive heat storage graphene shaped phase change material, comprising (i) adding the graphite powder with deionized water in the reactor, ultrasonically stirring to uniformly disperse, configuring to graphene solution, (ii) providing the reactor in ice water bath, adding mass concentration is 98% sulfuric acid, and the soluble salt solution, stirring until it is dissolved completely and keeping 15-35 minutes, (iii) adding potassium permanganate of the grain size below micron level at 80-95 degrees C, stirring the reactor is slightly higher than the normal temperature (25-35 degrees C) for 3-5 hours, (iv) taking out the reactor, cooling under the condition of continuously stirring, adding hydrogen peroxide, layering after allowing to stand for 8-10 hours, (v) pouring the supernatant solution, taking the lower layer solution, centrifuging and washing, dispersing to obtain oxidized graphene solution, (vi) adding 5%: 25-10%:20% of dimethylvinyl silicone rubber and thermally conductive filler to the vacuum kneader, and adding 0.5%:0.8%:1.2-1%:1%:1.5%:1.5% of a crosslinking agent, a coupling agent, a platinum catalyst and a dispersing agent, pouring the above-prepared graphene oxide solution into a vacuum kneader while stirring, kneading treatment for 10-20 hours, and (vii) the vacuum degree is in 1000-6000 Pa environment, or pressure is 1.15x 105 Pa, the gas flow is heat treatment in inert gas protection environment of 20-300 ml/minute, temperature of heat treatment is 600-2000 degrees C, the heating speed is 10-30 degrees C/minute, cooling to room temperature along with the vacuum drying furnace.
