NOVELTY - Preparation of lightweight high-strength lattice metal material comprises taking 60-65 pts. wt. aluminum alloy 6061, 6-8 pts. wt. graphene and 1-2 pts. wt. manganese dioxide, mixing, calcining at 500-550 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, cooling to room temperature, hot rolling, cold rolling, pressing, stamping, rolling, milling, pressing, stamping, folding, soaking in anhydrous ethanol, ultrasonic oscillating for 30-50 minutes, rough processing, cleaning, heating at 100-105 degrees C, drying for 2-3 hours, freezing at - 5 to - 10 degrees C for 20-25 minutes, and thawing. USE - Method for preparing lightweight high-strength lattice metal material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent mechanical properties and is suitable for aerospace technology.
