▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A phase-change aggregate for asphalt pavement self-sensing and self-cooling comprises phase-change ceramsite and encapsulation layer which is coated on phase-change ceramsite and comprises polyethylene glycol, crosslinking agent, isocyanate, and graphene oxide. Amount of graphene oxide is 1-5 mass% with respect to total mass of polyethylene glycol, crosslinking agent, and isocyanate. Mol ratio of isocyanate (NCO) group in isocyanate to hydroxy (OH) group of polyethylene glycol and crosslinking agent is 1.1-1.3; and mol ratio of hydroxy (OH) group in polyethylene glycol and hydroxy (OH) group in crosslinking agent is 0.4-0.7.1. USE - A phase-change aggregate for asphalt pavement self-sensing and self-cooling (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dispersion and chemical stability of graphene oxide in the polyurethane system is improved, which in turn, improves the thermal conductivity of the phase-change aggregate, while greatly reducing the difficulty of preparing the phase-change aggregate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of phase-change aggregate which involves (1) heating polyethylene glycol to molten state, (2) adding crosslinking agent and graphene oxide in molten state of polyethylene glycol and mixing uniformly to obtain physical blending system containing hydroxyl to be reacted; (3) adding isocyanate and diluent in the system to react and obtain polyurethane system; (4) adding phase-change ceramsite to polyurethane system, taking out phase-change ceramsite adhered to polyurethane system, and initially curing; and (5) drying initially cured phase-change ceramsite to obtain aggregate.
