▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Microfluidic biochemical sensor in Brillouin optical machine cavity comprises capillary glass microbubble, micro nano fiber and functional graphene oxide film. The micro bubble chamber of capillary glass tube is prepared by fiber fusion mechanism of capillary glass tube with 90-110 mu m diameter, 10-20 mu m wall thickness, 100-120 mu m outer diameter, 7-9 mu m thickness and not greater than 5 million quality factor. The axial direction of micro nano fiber is perpendicular to axial direction of micro bubble cavity of capillary glass tube and in contact with outer cavity wall of micro bubble cavity of capillary glass tube to realize optical coupling with micro bubble cavity of capillary glass tube used for inputting laser and outputting sensor signals. The diameter of the fiber contacting the micro bubble cavity of micro nano fiber is 1-4 mu m. The functionalized graphene oxide film is arranged on microbubble cavity of capillary glass tube and has specific adsorption function for adsorbing sensor molecules. USE - Microfluidic biochemical sensor in Brillouin optical machine cavity. ADVANTAGE - The cavity improves sensitivity of biochemical sensor. The biochemical sensor has strong reliability, high sensitivity, anti-interference and high signal-to-noise ratio.
