▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polymer composition comprises: (a) a poly(arylether ketone); and (b) at least one non-tubular graphene material (0.1-70 wt.%, based on the combined weight of (a) and (b). USE - The composition is useful for manufacturing: molded and extruded articles, where the extruded articles comprise rods, tubes, sheets or films (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition utilizes nano-graphene platelets as the graphene materials which can be readily mass produced and are available at lower cost in larger quantities, and provide the polymer products (i.e. articles) having increased tensile modulus and high impact strength while still exhibiting normal yielding behavior as compared to neat poly(arylether ketones), improved stiffness and modulus at elevated temperatures, high thermal stability, improved ductility, and increased crystallization rates that allows faster production cycles and makes post molding annealing unnecessary in certain instances, in a cost-effective manner.
