NOVELTY - Nano-material comprises graphene quantum dot as core and hollow mesoporous silicon dioxide as shell of core-shell type nano-particles having 80~120nm diameter. USE - Nano-material used for optical imaging, diagnosing and providing medical treatment in tumor therapy. ADVANTAGE - The nano-material has excellent optical properties and hollow mesoporous structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the nano-material, which involves: (A) dissolving 4-bromobenzyl bromide and N,N-dimethyldodecylamine in a solvent, and then reacting under the protection of an inert gas to obtain an intermediate 1; (B) taking intermediate 1,3-thiophene boronic acid, sodium carbonate and 4-(triphenylphosphine) palladium, dissolving in a solvent and heating under the protection of an inert gas to obtain an intermediate 2; (C) reacting intermediate 2 and ferric chloride under inert gas to obtain an intermediate PT2; (D) dissolving the intermediate PT2 in water, reacting and heating to obtain graphene quantum dots aqueous solution, mixing ethanol and ammonia, adding tetraethyl orthosilicate, reacting to obtain nanoparticles suspension; (E) dispersing cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and triethanolamine solution in water, adding nanoparticles suspension, then slowly adding positive tetraethyl silicate to continue the reaction; and (F) adding sodium carbonate etching reaction to obtain the nano-material.
