NOVELTY - The cell has a layer of carbon nanotubes (102) that absorb sunlight. A set of dielectric elastomer layers comprises a layer of dielectric elastomer material and a layer of N-P junction transistors between the layers of dielectric elastomer material. A layer of insulators separates each of the set of dielectric elastomer layers. An elastic cushioning (111) is placed between the set of dielectric elastomer layers and surrounds the dielectric elastomer material. A flat metallic lens (100) focuses sunlight onto the layer of carbon nanotubes. USE - Thermo dielectric elastomer cell for a solar panel (claimed) used in manufacturing of internal combustion engines and artificial muscles in robots. ADVANTAGE - The cell has high power density output and even more through electrostatic induction. The cell use low cost of materials compared with silicon mono-crystalline wafers or poly crystalline silicon, so that simple and efficient manufacturing is achieved. The cell adapts three dimensional (3D) printing by even multi material machine, so that material waste and production cost can be reduced. The cell avoids a need for batteries for field application as heat batteries and is integrated within an actual Solar Cell with low installation and maintenance costs. The cell has a panel used as a normal solar PV-panel while requiring less area as solar energy conversion with the cell is much more efficient, approximately eight to ten times more energy than other solar pv-farms.
