▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Toughening modification of ultra-low temperature epoxy resin involves dissolving 50-150 mg graphene oxide and 100 mg nano cellulose in 100 ml distilled water to obtain graphene oxide/nano cellulose solution, adjusting pH to 4-6, adding 20-60 g diethylenetriamine, 0.3-0.9 g 1-ethyl-(3-dimethylamino-propyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride and 0.18-0.54 g N-hydroxysuccinimide into the prepared solution, stirring for 1-3 days at room temperature to obtain graphene oxide-nano cellulose nano composite material, uniformly dispersing the composite material in a solvent, stirring while adding epoxy resin, evaporating and recycling the solvent until the evaporation of solvent is complete, adding curing agent, mixing and casting in a mold, vacuum defoaming and curing. The addition amount of graphene grafted nano-cellulose is 0.1-0.5 wt.% of graphene oxide-nano cellulose and epoxy resin. USE - Toughening modification of ultra-low temperature epoxy resin. ADVANTAGE - The process produces epoxy resin having crack pinning phenomenon with effective inhibition of germination and expansion of crack, and enhanced low-temperature toughness.
