NOVELTY - Graphene glass fiber prepared by (1) adding phenol, aqueous formaldehyde solution and sodium hydroxide to three-necked flask reactor, adding graphene solution to reaction system at ultrasonic, adding melamine and urea, and ammonium sulfate to obtain modified material, (2) preparing alkali glass fiber, and glass fiber base layer, (3) spreading single-layer glass fiber base layer on the equipment, mixing modified material, deionized water, antioxidant and curing agent evenly, and adding mixed solution into spray equipment, spraying onto single-layer glass fiber base layer, so that the aqueous solution of the modified material is adsorbing on the glass fiber base layer, and covering a single-layer glass fiber base layer on the single-layer glass fiber base layer where the mixed solution is spraying, spraying another layer of mixed solution, and repeating process to superimpose a single-layer glass fiber base layer to obtain graphene glass fiber. USE - Used as graphene glass fiber. ADVANTAGE - The glass fiber: solves problem of agglomeration of resin in graphene-glass fiber composite process with resin as the binder which leads to the reduction of the tearing performance of product; and forms an intricate network structure that increases strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene glass fiber comprising (a) adding phenol, aqueous formaldehyde solution and sodium hydroxide in three-necked flask reactor, ultrasonically treating, and adding graphene solution to reaction system, adding melamine and urea, and ammonium sulfate to obtain a modified material, (b) preparing alkali glass fiber, and glass fiber base layer, and (c) spreading single-layer glass fiber base on the equipment, and mixing modified material, deionized water, antioxidant and curing agent, and adding mixed solution to spray equipment, spraying onto single-layer glass fiber base layer, adsorbing aqueous solution of the modified material on the glass fiber base layer, covering single-layer glass fiber base layer on the single-layer glass fiber base layer sprayed with mixed solution, and spraying layer of mixed solution, repeating process, and superimposing single-layer glass fiber base layer to obtain graphene glass fiber.
