▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sub-superconducting material comprises a conductive metal substrate containing multiple layers of graphene in a content of 1 parts/million (ppm), i.e. 0.2%. The sub-superconducting material contains conductive metal A and graphene additive, where the graphene additive is made of graphene B with conductivity, and organic solvent. The organic solvent is absolute ethanol, 1-3 butanediol and/or water. USE - The sub-superconducting material is useful as silver, copper, gold, aluminum, tungsten, nickel, iron and lead conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The sub-superconductor material forms multilayer graphene in the metal substrate, which greatly improves the conductivity, very strong, wider application range, and it can be successfully added into the metal of the melting state of the smelting furnace by making the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing sub-superconducting material, comprising preparing graphene additive by (S101) dispersing the graphene in an organic solvent to obtain a mixed solution A, (S102) adding metal B into mixed solution A, and mixing with a mixer to obtain mixed solution B, and (S103) centrifuging the mixed solution B with a centrifuge, and removing the lower layer of powder A, vacuum drying the obtained lower layer powder A, reduced by filling with hydrogen at high temperature to obtain powder B, and adding a smelting additive to powder B for grinding to obtain powder C, and pressing and molding powder C. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flowchart illustrating the method for preparing sub-superconducting material (Drawing includes non-English language text).
