NOVELTY - Rubber composition comprises 80-90 pts. wt. hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide), 2-4 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 7-12 pts. wt. heat-resistant agent, 20-40 pts. wt. carbon black, 102-202 pts. wt. penetrating barrier agent, 10-30 pts. wt. damping agent, 10-15 pts. wt. peroxide cross-linking agent, and 3-6 pts. wt. auxiliary crosslinking agent. The permeation barrier includes graphene and DK2 polymer grade organoclay. USE - The rubber composition is useful for automobile air conditioner pipe. ADVANTAGE - The rubber composition: has a heat resistance up to 180 degrees C, excellent heat resistance life, resistance to carbon dioxide permeability. The rubber hose made of the rubber composition can meet the use of carbon dioxide refrigerant air conditioning pipes demand. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the rubber composition for automobile air conditioner pipe comprising (i) combining the hydrogenated nitrile rubber, poly (pphenylene terephthalamide), damping agent, graphene according to the proportion in the mixed solution of dimethyl formamide and xylene, high speed cutting and stirring in a sealed container, and condensing, solvent separation, drying obtains the blend of hydrogenated nitrile rubber/poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide), (ii) adding the mixture obtained in the step (i) and the heat-resistant agent, anti-aging agent, carbon black, DK2 polymer-grade organic clay into the internal mixer for pressurizing and mixing, discharging the mixed rubber material to the open mill, and placing for future use, and (iii) adding the product obtained in the step (ii), the auxiliary cross-linking agent and peroxide cross-linking agent into the internal mixer for mixing, discharging the mixed rubber material to the open mill for returning glue and mixing, and pressing into the adhesive tape suitable for processing on the tablet machine.
