▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high modulus polytetrafluoroethylene high modulus nano fiber film comprises (i) preparing polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution in 10-15 wt.%, allowing to stand and defoaming in magnetic stirring, dispersing solid content of 60 wt.% polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion in polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, stirring for 3 hours, obtaining polytetrafluoroethylene/polyvinyl alcohol spinning solution, dripping boric acid solution at 1-5 wt.%, stirring for 3 hours, allowing to stand and defoaming for 12 hours to obtain mixed emulsion, dispersing inorganic nano-particles in mixed emulsion, obtaining polytetrafluoroethylene spinning solution added by reinforcing body and ratio of solid content of polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution to solid content of emulsion is polytetrafluoroethylene (7-10):1, the boric acid has 0.02% polytetrafluoroethylene of polyvinyl alcohol spinning solution and ratio of inorganic nano-particle and emulsion is polytetrafluoroethylene (10-100). USE - The high modulus polytetrafluoroethylene high modulus nano fiber film is useful for film distillation, oil-water separation, waterproof ventilating film, lithium battery diaphragm, film emulsifying field, garbage leachate treatment, air filtration, protective clothing, and fuel cell. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the mechanical strength of the nano fiber film, self-supporting property, volume stability, can flexibly control the strength and modulus of the nano fiber film through the adding amount of the nano particle; is simple and easy to be produced in large scale.
