NOVELTY - Graphene-based super-black matte coating is prepared by specific implementation steps are (i) adding the A and B two components and feeding order to obtain a uniformly dispersed super black matte coating and (ii) comprising the surface roughness treatment and cleaning of substrates of different materials, the specific operation details of the coating and the corresponding conditions required for the curing of the coating after coating. USE - Used as graphene-based super-black matte coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has good light trapping structure on the outer surface of the coating without affecting the strength of the substrate; reduces the reflectivity and optimizing the light absorption performance; has simple coating process, wide selectivity to the substrate, high production efficiency, good weather resistance and good adhesion performance; has absorptivity between 400-2300 nm is 98-98.5%; is suitable for optical parts, baffles, hoods, inner walls of lens barrels, darkrooms and other systems and parts that need to eliminate stray light.
