NOVELTY - Polybenzimidazole-modified graphene oxide-based composite stabilizer comprises 3-15 pts. wt. polybenzimidazole, 0.5-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 75-99 pts. wt. solid calcium zinc composite stabilizer. USE - Polybenzimidazole-modified graphene oxide-based composite stabilizer used for preparing PVC product (claimed).. ADVANTAGE - The polybenzimidazole-modified graphene oxide-based composite stabilizer exhibits more excellent stability by the use of polybenzimidazole and graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of polybenzimidazole-modified graphene oxide-based composite stabilizer comprising taking graphene oxide, under nitrogen (N2) atmosphere, dissolving in tetrahydrofuran by heating at 50 degrees C, obtaining solution A, taking 100-ml round bottom flask with mechanical stirrer, sequentially adding phosphorus pentoxide and polyphosphoric acid, heating at 110 degrees C until solid is completely dissolved, stirring, cooling to room temperature, under N2 atmosphere, adding 3,3'-diaminodiphenyldiamine, raising the temperature to 80 degrees C, completely dissolving 3,3'-diaminodiphenyldiamine, cooling to room temperature, adding 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)hexafluoropropane, gradually heating at 80 degrees C for 1 hour, reacting at 90 degrees C for 1 hour, reacting at 100 degrees C for 4 hours, reacting at 140 degrees C for 12 hours, reacting at 70 degrees C for 12 hours, obtaining brown thick liquid, cooling, precipitating in deionized water, obtaining brown filamentous polymer, repeatedly washing the polymer with deionized water until neutral, drying to obtain polybenzimidazole polymer, completely dissolving polybenzimidazole polymer in solution A under N2 atmosphere, repeatedly washing with deionized water until neutral, drying to obtain polybenzimidazole-modified graphene oxide, crushing, and uniformly mixing with solid calcium zinc composite stabilizer; and (2) PVC product, which is prepared by adding with 0.5-5 wt.% polybenzimidazole-modified graphene oxide-based composite stabilizer.
