▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide/silver molybdate co-doped silver phosphate composite nano-photosensitive material comprises 1-10 %mass graphene oxide, 10-25 %mass silver molybdate, and balance amount of silver phosphate as reinforcing phase. The silver molybdate and silver phosphate micro-nanoparticles are uniformly grown on a surface graphene oxide nanosheet. USE - Graphene oxide/silver molybdate co-doped silver phosphate composite nano-photosensitive material used as photocatalyst for degrading phenols and antibiotics in industrial waste water and decomposing aquatic oxygen (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide/silver molybdate co-doped silver phosphate composite nano-photosensitive material with improved photocatalytic performance and stability of silver phosphate, and high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation method of graphene oxide/silver molybdate co-doped silver phosphate composite nano-photosensitive material, which involves (1) adding graphene oxide to silver ammonia solution, and stirring under dark condition for 6-10 hours to form mixed solution, and (2) dripping the mixed solution of phosphate, molybdenum source and surfactant to the solution of step (1), reacting to synthesize graphene oxide/silver molybdate/silver phosphate, repeatedly cleaning the product by with deionized water and anhydrous ethanol, and drying; and (2) use of graphene oxide/silver molybdate co-doped silver phosphate composite nano-photosensitive material as photocatalyst.
