USE - Molybdenum-tungsten-disulfide nanotube and graphene nano-composite material. ADVANTAGE - The molybdenum-tungsten-disulfide nanotube and graphene nano-composite material is prepared with wide application range in a simple and convenient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A molybdenum-tungsten-disulfide (Mo(0.5)W(0.5)S2) nanotube and graphene nano-composite material comprises a layered structure having molybdenum-tungsten-disulfide with graphene at mass ratio of 1:1-4:1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a molybdenum-tungsten-disulfide nanotube and graphene nano-composite material, which involves dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water ultrasonically, adding surfactant and N-dodecyl methylpropylidene diamine bis bromide, and stirring and adding L-cysteine, ammonium thiosulfate, ammonium tungstate to obtain a mixed system followed by placing the obtained mixed system in a hydrothermal reaction vessel, adding deionized water and adjusting the vessel volume to 80%, adding surfactant and 0.01-0.02 mol/l N-propylene diamine double bromide, taking 30-70 mmol/l graphene oxide, placing in a hydrothermal oven at 220-250 degrees C for 20-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, centrifuging to obtain the solid product, washing with deionized water, vacuum drying at 100?0C and placing the obtained solid products in nitrogen/hydrogen mix atmosphere at 800 degrees C for 2 hours to obtain the finished product, where the molar ratio of L-cysteine, ammonium thiosulfate, ammonium tungstate is 5:0.5:0.5 and the molar ratio of ammonium thiosulfate, ammonium tungstate and graphene oxide is 0.5:0.5:1-4.
