▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of poly(2-aminothiazole) modified graphene comprises preparing reduced graphene oxide, dispersing 0.1-10 mg/mL reduced graphene oxide in 1,4-dioxane to obtain dispersion, adding 2-aminothiazole and initiator while stirring until fully dissolved, refluxing at 70-90 degrees C for 20-28 hours under inert atmosphere, separating solid and liquid, washing solid with alcohol, and drying. The mass ratio of 2-aminothiazole and initiator is 18-28:1-2. The mass ratio of 2-aminothiazole and reduced graphene oxide is 1:1-10. USE - The method is for preparation of poly(2-aminothiazole) modified graphene used for epoxidized composite coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product can be used as filler to be well dispersed in epoxidized resin or as curing agent to generate a strong interaction force between epoxidized resin matrix, and effectively reduces the conductivity and improves overall performance, specially corrosion resistance of epoxidized graphene-based coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an epoxidized composite coating comprising 0.1-5 wt.% poly(2-aminothiazole) modified graphene, epoxidized resin and curing agent.
