▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene/graphene quantum dots/metal oxide nanocomposite material comprises graphene substrate, metal oxide nanoparticles grown on the surface of graphene substrate, and graphene quantum dot as conductive separator assembled between metal oxide nanoparticles. USE - Graphene/graphene quantum dots/metal oxide nanocomposite material used as electrode material, photoelectric material and photocatalytic material for solar cell and hydrogen production. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/graphene quantum dots/metal oxide nanocomposite material has improved electronic or photonic transmission speed, and is prepared by simple and economical method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene/graphene quantum dots/metal oxide nanocomposite material. Lithium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, nickel, cobalt, magnesium, calcium, cerium and/or lanthanum of soluble nitrate, sulfate or chloride is dissolved in ethanol, to obtain soluble metal salt having concentration of 0.05-1 mol/L. Oxidized graphene quantum dot having concentration of 0.01-10 mg/mL, graphene oxide having concentration of 0.01-10 mg/mL, and base having concentration of 0.1-2 mol/L are mixed, to obtain graphene oxide quantum dots-containing alkaline graphene oxide dispersion. Obtained soluble metal salt and graphene oxide quantum dots-containing alkaline graphene oxide dispersion are mixed, reacted, precipitated, filtered, washed, and dried, to obtain solid powder. The resultant solid powder is calcined in nitrogen atmosphere, to obtain graphene/graphene quantum dots/metal oxide nanocomposite material.
