NOVELTY - Manufacture of composite electrode material involves drying three-dimensional graphene oxide-hydroxylated carbon nanotube composite gel to obtain three-dimensional graphene oxide-hydroxylated carbon nanotube aerogel, dispersing carbon black particles in potassium permanganate solution to obtain a carbon black-potassium permanganate dispersion liquid, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction of three-dimensional graphene oxide-hydroxyl carbon nanotube aerogel and carbon black-potassium permanganate dispersion liquid. USE - Manufacture of composite electrode material used for supercapacitor (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of composite electrode material involves preparing graphene oxide-hydroxylated carbon nanotube dispersion liquid, hydrothermally-reacting the dispersion liquid to obtain three-dimensional graphene oxide-hydroxylated carbon nanotube composite gel, freezing, drying composite gel to obtain three-dimensional graphene oxide-hydroxylated carbon nanotube aerogel, uniformly dispersing carbon black particles in a potassium permanganate solution to obtain a carbon black-potassium permanganate dispersion liquid, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction of three-dimensional graphene oxide-hydroxyl carbon nanotube aerogel and carbon black-potassium permanganate dispersion liquid.
