NOVELTY - Concrete wall panel comprises concrete wall panel components comprising concrete wall panel assembly, where the concrete wall panel assembly comprises concrete portion comprising 13-28 pts. wt. cement, 15-28 pts. wt. polyvinylidene chloride fiber, 36-55 pts. wt. fine aggregate, 0.6-1.4 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 3-5 pts. wt. resin, 1-4 pts. wt. anti-cracking agent, 11-23 pts. wt. mineral powder, 22-46 pts. wt. fly ash, 3-6 pts. wt. rubber particles and 1.2-2.8 pts. wt. foaming agent, and polyvinylidene chloride fiber comprises 100-140 pts. wt. polyvinylidene chloride, 33-43 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 33-43 pts. wt. acetone, 12-25 pts. wt. nickel chloride, 22-37 pts. wt. sodium borohydride and 7-15 pts. wt. graphene oxide.
